Timothy Lynch
President/CEO
Tim Lynch is the founder and CEO of PEPCO, where he oversees all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, financial management, and product development. He has over 35 years of experience in the building automation and energy management industry, having worked as a consultant for Phillip Morris, GENERAL FOODS, and Maxwell House Coffee. In this role, he was responsible for the installation and supervision of monitored and controlled DDC points for various building automation and energy management systems. Tim Lynch has in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems used for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).

James Mott
Senior Vice President & CFO
Jim Mott joined PEPCO in 2018 after a long career in finance, debt collection and reconstruction. He is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and human resources.
Matt Berhmann
Executive Vice President/COO
Matt started his career as a staff member in the US House of Representatives and the White House under President George W. Bush. He continued his government service in multiple senior manager roles in the State of New York, including Chief of Staff to Congressman Jim Courter (NJ12), Staff Director of the White House Commission on Defense Base Closure, and Executive Director of the NY State Canal Corporation. Matt also has extensive sales experience, having worked at IBM and Abbott Laboratories.
Brady Lynch
Vice President
Brady Lynch embarked on his journey with PEPCO immediately after graduating college in 2009, initially assuming the role of a field apprentice. Over the years, he steadily advanced within the company and now holds the position of Vice President. In his current capacity, Brady oversees a spectrum of responsibilities, including managing client relations, operations, orders, as well as sales and marketing.
Unit Demir
Vice President of Technology
Umit started his career as a Building Automation technician in 1994. His passion for controls led him to become an electrical engineer, where he quickly accelerated to become a leader in his field. He is proficient in Alerton, Honeywell, Sauter, Automated Logic, and DELTA controls. Umit traveled the world project managing and installing BMS systems in large facilities in London, Libya, Malta, Poland, Turkey, and Egypt. He joined PEPCO in 2016 and now leads the company's technology team.
Meredith McCall
Senior Programmer
After six years in the Navy, Meredith began her business career as a technician at the DELTA Controls factory. During her tenure at the factory, she held several positions including product development, software engineering and customer solutions. Meredith has been with PEPCO since 2017, where her responsibilities include project engineering, product development, commissioning, programming and graphics.
